First, you must complete the test that can be found at 16 Personalities

Questions to Answer:
- Do you think your personality type is reflective of who you are? Does it line up with how you view yourself?
- Do you think it corresponds with how others see you? (Feel Free to ask a family member or friend for feedback!)
- Are there parts that don’t correspond with how you view yourself and your strengths and weaknesses? What is incorrect?
- How well does your personality type correspond with the following parts of the O*Net listing (Your Career Path) for your job’s:
- Abilities
- Interests
- Work Values
- Work Styles
